This is me just before I was to present a paper on Earthing and Bonding to a large group of Engineers.
Every month, we were selected in turn, to present a paper on an engineering topic.
The invitation before my lecture, went round, headed, 'Monsieur David Le Clercq will present a lecture on
earthing and bonding and all attendees including David, will dress as per the show 'Allo. Allo.'
I came into the conference dressed as shown and it took me around ten minutes to bring the audience to
their senses. I am sure that they will remember the content of this lecture for the rest of their lives. Else,
I am sure, that the Gestapo will seek them out..... and I vill only say this once, so listen velly carefully.....
